On 19 and 20 May 2010, Diana Wosińska took part in an experts’ debate and video chats as part of the ‘Mum’s Going Back to Work’ campaign organised by the company Danone.
| The campaign aims at starting a debate in society which will raise awareness of the needs of young women returning to the labour market after giving birth, and convince employers that mothers are valuable and dedicated employees. Diana Wosińska delivered a presentation on the currently binding provisions of labour law, and on draft legislation intended to help women decide to become mothers without fearing for their return to the labour market, and to help employers decide to hire young women. Detailed information on the conference is available here. |
